Once submitted, an electronic copy is sent to the
CMC, the appropriate union rep for your craft and
area, as well as to the email address you provide in
the space provided on the form. The system is
completely automated.
Please be reminded, when
faxing a new weekly bid card it is
imperative to keep the transmission confirmation
report indicating the fax has been successfully
received by the intended recipient. As information,
the transmission confirmation report will be used to
verify bid submission should a discrepancy arises

change information via email from the CMC, please

including your email address, name and employee
number as well as which ads you wish to have sent to

If you encounter any problems with
submitting bids via this site please contact me with
a description of what is going wrong. For the most part it works well but
there are occasionally bids that do not get through
for a variety of reason,
so as stated earlier if you do not get your copy to
your email please re-send it until you do get a
copy, and also ensure your junk mail filter is not
set to block messages from this site.
