At the end of the November
bargaining session in Winnipeg the Company placed an
additional demand on the bargaining table. They wish
to delete a significant number of letters and
Appendices within the Collective Agreements.

Your TCRC Negotiating Committee met with CP Rail for two days on
November 23rd and 24th, 2011. So far, we have met with them for
a total of 3 days.

If any one has any suggestions for the next round of
contract negotiations please forward them to Peter Wynne, Shane
Duffy, John Zrini or Nick Dionne prior to the June meeting.
Please read the above attachment prior to submitting your ideas.
I will make sure the submissions are put on Division letterhead
and forwarded to the negotiation team before the dead line.
However I will not write the submissions up for you. You must do
this yourself or they will not be entertained at the June
meeting.
